I'm working on it! Slowly but surely, I am lifting the weights and putting them back down. The trick is to keep picking them up and putting them back down I'm learning. I must not deviate from this course of action.0

Most people can't feasibly do both at the sane time, outside of newbie gains.
If you are recomping, you can, but you won't be losing weight at that point, overall. You either gain fat amd muscle, then cut the fat down so the muscle is more visible, or you lose fat and try like hell not to let that precious LBM go while you're cutting.
Keep your protein high and your calories at a very slight deficit and be prepared for a recomp to take a while.0 -

I am just a newbe, but I like to lift as well. Do curls as soon as I got a bucket of water or what ever in my hands, lift the hometrainer even when I pass it by. But being new to it I surely could use advices. Mind if I add you?0
