Yeah. There are a few heavy lifting groups on MFP as well. Not sure where you've been looking..lol.0 -

We are the vocal minority. The vast majority of MFP don't even "really get" what Net Calories are.0 -

Hi,
I need some help with my butt! Its seems to be the last lagging body part!! I need a really god lower body workout that will really work my butt into perfection??
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

I lift heavy things, put. Back down, repeat. But "heavy" is very relative. Most days 70# is my HEAVY, because I am wimpy girl in a sundress. . .
(But I can DL double what I can squat!)0 -

I don't need a spotter, I use the power cage bars for bench and squats ; P
I rarely have a spotter, when I feel the need for a spotter, I call my 16 yr old son to come help me.
(Which has been extra beneficial, because now he know when he needs to ask for a spotter when liftin)0 -

Squats with heavy weights and DeadLifts-they have helped that particular area stop looking droopy on me.0 -
