Please join us! Starting on 3/9 - 3/18, JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 33! Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.

Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!
Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

perfect timing - I am in, but I have to say this round is to win money and not for health. biggest looser challenge at work is over 3/19 and I will diet only to maintain health.3

I'm in, but unexpectedly leaving the state for nearly two weeks. I will work my plan, but I know I won't have access to a scale in the mornings (and maybe not at all). I think I will still post with my plan calories compared to what I ate even if I can't weigh.8

What's your IF schedule? I do 16:8 and have been for months. I feel so good eating this way. I love it!5 -
I like this. Count me in! I intermittent fast also. 16/8 most days, sometimes 18/6. I did OMAD twice, but not on purpose.6
