Feeling good, after six rounds stuck right around 156, I am finally seeing some progress. Funny, this week I haven't been able to exercise due to being wiped out from a cold, but it seems to have prompted my body to release some weight, maybe do a little reset.

Totally, completely, and in all other ways undeserved! I straight up binged on stale, packaged sweet rolls yesterday (ugh), hardly had any water, and I haven't exercised in a week because I've been sick. I also had a soda for the first time in many months. It's like bizarro weight loss rules. I'm going to start exercising again today. Only .5 lb to the 50 lb mark!

Hiked yesterday and went to TRX tonight. Good on calories.

Having a pretty good week. Might be up a bit because of sodium yesterday. I had half of a relatively healthy frozen pizza, still a lot of salt.

3/19 - 199.2 - good start after being unable to workout all last challenge that would be why I skipped it. Goal is to drop another 4-5 this round so I can completely kiss the 200’s goodbye!
3/20 - 200.2 not sure I like weighing everyday. This one is frustrating. I haven’t been able to workout for over 10 days and still can’t. I guess I’ll have to cut back on more calories or do a better job drinking more water. Trying to keep my head up. I can do this!!!

3/9- 139.26 Hovering at this weight the last few days.
3/10- 139.48 Well that will teach me to complain. lol Really it is just normal fluctuation. Doing well sticking to calories.
3/11- 140.14 Had a few drinks last night and a late night snack.
3/12- 139.26 I'm already finding myself hungry today. Trying to stick to the plan and distract myself rather than eat. I hate days like this.
3/13- 139.26 Great day. Lots of good choices even though I was busy.
3/14- Out for a university visit with my son. Lots of walking, but also eating out.
3/15- 139.26 This weight really seems to like me. I've tried even going lower on calories, but the weight is not budging at all.
3/16- 139.48 Can winter be over already? I would love a full week of being able to go outdoors.
3/17- 139.48 Nothing new. Sticking to calories, drinking lots of water, and moving around.
3/18- 139.26 No Change
