3/9 - 97.1kg -2 glasses of wine, 2 biscuits and some sweets... Yesterday was a bad day-toddler on complete meltdown toddler mode from 8am to 7pm! Hasn't shown on the scale but I'm sure it'll bite me tomorrow! But I have spinning tomorrow so fingers crossed I get away with it!
3/10- 96.8kg - bit of a tummy bug during the night so doubt this will stick!
3/11- 97.6kg - knew it wouldn't stick, but I did also end up eating 2 semlor and having a few glasses of wine so that will probably explain it! Buuuuut I have done 45 mins spinning plus a bit more cardio and a few weights today so should start heading down again tomorrow! (Fingers crossed!)
3/12- 97.4 - Spinning paying off! Had a big Saturday but gym yesterday and stick to plan for the week and the numbers should keep going down!
3/13- 97.5 - ugh... not good, half way and i've put on half the amount of weight i was aiming to lose! I have no idea... Under my calories... I even made an allowance for the treats I ended up eating while doing the budget! Got out for my run this morning though... Up at 6am and completed w4 d2 of couch to 5k... Head up and keep marching! Going to need to work hard for next 5 days to get to 96.5kg target!
3/14- 97.6 Seriously... Wtf... I don't understand this... I've been eating less, moving more and yet I'm not losing anything.... Really disappointed! Going to adjust my target to 97.0kg.
3/15- 97.6kg okay… Getting irritated now! There's gotta be a woosh coming right?! I'm eating at a deficit, sodium is low and I'm working hard on my fitness… hard not to get disheartened! Just keep the head up and keep looking towards the goal right?

3/09 - 62.7kg (-0.3kg) - Really happy with my nutrition over this last week. More of the same today. Plan for the weekend is to stick to my light lunches both Saturday and Sunday and avoid the bread basket at my mother-in-laws on Sunday night! I'm also going to go alcohol-free this weekend as it really blew out my numbers last round and I spent the rest of the week regretting it.
3/10 - 62.6kg (-0.1kg) - Maintained the drop, that's good.
This is my lowest weight in my adult life. I saw this number at the end of last year and again in the middle of last round before TOM. Here's hoping to push past it. Onward and downward! (Confession time: I had half a glass of red wine last night, so much for alcohol free)
3/11- 62.8kg (+0.2kg) - Slightly suspicious of this number. I suspect I'll be up tomorrow too. Went to the movies, enjoyed some popcorn, had a take away for dinner and some of my partner's Easter egg. Anyway, not complaining about that little blip as my weekend bump up! Yay!
3/12 - 62.6kg (-0.2kg) - It's Monday and the weekend weight is gone already! This never happens so I am suspicious but happy. Meals prepped for the work, weather looking ok for a few walks - looking to be a good week!
3/13 - 62.3kg (-0.3kg)- Hooray! I've been pretty consistent and focused. Went for a walk yesterday even though I didn't want to. Getting about 3L of water a day. All going to plan, I am hoping to make my goal by Thursday
3/14 - 61.9kg (-0.4kg) - Holy poop! I was not expecting another whoosh this round. I'm now under my goal weight for this round but am going to leave it at 62kg as I expect hormones and a Saturday night party to provide a little bump before Sunday. Yesterday - Under cals, 3L water, mostly eating protein, fruit and vegetables. It appears it's working!
3/15 - 61.8kg (-0.1kg) - The whoosh stuck, yay! On target with my calories, getting all my water in. Not at work tomorrow but am going to plan my food in advance and stick to it - I usually struggle without my week day routine.
3/16 - 61.6kg (-0.2kg) - down down down so I'm a couple of kilos away from my ultimate goal weight and today I have decided that I'm going shopping and I'm going to treat myself. I'm going to buy a couple of things I've been wanting to wear but have avoided my whole life: a bodycon dress, some (slightly) cropped tops and a nice belt to show off with my high waisted jeans. All things I have avoided FOREVER because of my tummy. This feels like an important day for me. Thank you all so much for all your support, I couldn't have gotten to this point without these challenges!

3/12: 115.4kg/254.4lbs – I have been away for the last 5 days, down in London and down to my parents. Had a great time and was so nice to get away! I kept a strong eye on what I was eating yet still managed to squeeze in some really nice food, plus I had my first Pizza of 2018 and my god it was amazing! I felt like I had earned it and I didn’t feel guilty for a change. Great to see my weight has also stayed within 0.1kg too.
Sidenote: I have signed up to do a marathon in October, never done one before however I am doing it for myself, to set a goal and beat it! Training has started and this weight loss is really helping my mentality. Thanks for all your continued support – love this page!
3/13: 114.0kg/251.3lbs – My good god, how on earth has this happened?? I must have been holding onto to a lot of water weight!! 2 mile run before work, 3 mile run after work with 10 minutes on the bike and erg. 42.7lbs lost – for all the Brits on here I’m down 3 stone!!!

3/14: 113.6kg/250.4lbs – A steady drop, I like it! Not feeling 100% today, if anything I’m carrying a bit of a headcold but I’ll soldier on. Rest day today too, nice to let my body recover.
3/15: 114.2kg/251.7lbs – Expected a bit of a bump, and I have no doubt this will drop again. Already squeezed in a 4.5mile run before work and gym tonight. Tiny bit over on calories yesterday because of fruit, but overall very happy.
3/16: 114.9kg/253.3lbs - I didn't want to post this on here but it's good to stay accountable. It's so unclear to why this shot up, can't think of any high sodium or high salt foods I ate, I was well in my calories. A bit of a kick in the teeth to wake up to, but it's still a small loss overall. Onwards and downwards

I had an event last night with a table full of free food and a sheet cake that literally had my name on it, and guess what? I didn’t eat a single thing! I told myself that I was there to meet new people, mingle with acquaintances, and appreciate my friends’ and family’s support— I wasn’t there for the cake, and neither were they! It was a major victory for me. Today is the first day this week that I won’t be completely swamped, so I’m looking forward to catching up and taking care of myself.

3/10 - vacation day. i will try and be good, was not good, had alcohol
3/11 - no scale and I ended up having alcohol
3/12 - 201lbs - long day. eat fine but didn't weigh myself till the end of the day, typically my heaviest time right after diner
3/13 - yesterdays weight was from 4 am after bringing wife home from hospital. she will be okay. not going to weigh myself till tomorrow morning, foods for the rest of the week should only be from my approved list. I am planning on some rapid loss over the next 6 days.
3/14 - WOW finally 198.8.bs, 54% water, 145lbs muscle, 7lbs bone, 22% body fat according to new scale, Ketone looks good, and it couldn't have been on a better day. today I am cutting as much salt from my never monitored salt intake. I am only trying to limit any fluctuations due to water weight.
3/15 - 196.4 I was half expecting this due to yesterday I changed my fish to unsalted, and gave up pickles for cucumbers. I did eat almost 2 pounds of meat yesterday. probably bounce back up in a day or two. scale showed water at 52.7%
3/16 - 197.2 - sounds crazy but glad to see a slight gain. in the big picture I still think I will count the day as a loss of body fat. I most definatly don't want to need the IV of water like my wife did the other night. had a gigantic dinner that still was only 600 calories. all in all a great day. will be buckling down Saturday and sunday.

@Sparx_81 I am right there with you. I've been on vacation this week and have made LOTS of time for exercise and activity. I've been mostly good with caloric intake too (I've ordered carefully at restaurants, but cannot control everything they put in there like I can at home). I've challenged myself to do 100 miles of either biking or walking (not counting just step count) in the 10 days I'm in Florida and so far I'm at 77 miles but I'm .2 lbs more than I was when I started this round! I know it will come down if I just stay with the plan, but it can be VERY frustrating. But here's the good thing in all of this: I have SO MUCH energy and feel so good in my clothes right now (even though I still have some weight to lose), that I try to stay focused on those things. Keep on working hard. The payoff is coming!6 -

03/15: 68.2 - still hanging there, but I somehow feel lighter today. I guess healthier food choices help.

3/9 178.6 well I don't know where my post went from yesterday? I was posting about how happy I am to have a trend tracker, since sometimes that's the only way you can tell you are making progress. Oh well.
3/10 Didn't get a chance to weigh in this morning, ate ok yesterday but had a couple friday night cocktails with my husband. Drinking extra water before bed tonight.

3/12 180.0 not a number I wanted to see again. Corned beef and cabbage dinner ar the in-laws probably did it. I wrote my plan for tomorrow, and drank all my water for today.
3/13 179.6 again. Sticking to my plan! Maybe the scale will be sweet to me tomorrow. No where near close to my scale goal for this round, so I'm getting my *** in gear over here.
3/14 177.8 ok, this is better. gotta stay AWAY from the 180's!!! I ate on plan yesterday, drank my water, even avoided the strong temptation of a nice bottle of cab calling to me last night. doing the same today! behind on water but that will be remedied shortly. 3.8 lbs from my 10 day goal.. we will see
3/15 177.8 today again. Eating was good yesterday, I did have a glass of wine late last night but it was after an hour at the gym so somewhat mitigated. Made a good enchilada casserole for dinner, light on the cheese and sub greek yogurt instead of sour cream, leftovers for lunch tomorrow too!
3/16 178.8 seem to just be holding steady which is not actually what I want. Calories ended being up a bit higher yesterday but nothing crazy- weekly average is not good either.

3/9 - 239.8 (+1.0 lb) --- This was expected given yesterdays' snack attack. Let's just say there was a box of Fiber One Lemon Bars that is no longer around. I know better than to keep snack packs at work! Excited for today and to start this during the weekend. I hope it will bring some motivation!
3/10- 239.2 (-0.6 lbs) --- Step in the right direction! Though I didn't drink that much water I did try to eat clean for the majority of the day. Dinner was some french fries and a few drinks so I'm hoping this will go down a bit more soon. I have a busy day so not much time for activity but we'll see if I can fit some in!
3/11- 237.4 (-1.8 lbs) --- Well alright. I'll take it. Grocery shopping today, going to meal prep lunches/dinner for the week. Glad to see the scale heading down some more

3/15- 234.2 (-1.6 lbs) This is almost too good to be true! I didn't post yesterday and I will admit I was tempted to log on right before bed with yesterday's weigh-in... a testament to how much this thread has been inspiring me. I have been keeping my calories low (for me, at least, ~1500-1700) and have also worked out every day this week. Structure and busy days tend to keep me in check and then Friday tends to roll around and mess everything up. Hoping that is not the case this weekend...
3/16- 234.4 (+0.2) Walked quite a bit (~15K steps) and did a 45 min kick-boxing class. Drank a gallon of water also!

Original GW 145 - smashed this in October and maintained around 143 from October to Dec then the Winter blahs and a crazy schedule got the best of me and I put a couple of lbs back on
New GW 140 - want to start working towards some fitness goals so I'm in good enough condition to participate in some fun adventures with my boys this summer. Can't wait for the ice to be off the trails so the dog and I can start running again!!

What a great feeling, and that was on a day when I didn't really feel great. Oh, and I've got a trampoline arriving today. I can bounce right along with my weigh-ins!
3/16 / 238.6 / Normal fluctuations. I used my rebounder last night and people are right, that's hard work! But it's also pretty fun. It came with a DVD of exercises and... I am the least flexible person I know. Lordy. Have now gone a month and a half getting at least 20 minutes of activity/exercise in every day, which is a great accomplishment for a couch potato like me!
