This Receipe makes enough for 3 Green Smoothies and it is delicious!

3 cups of unsweetened almond milk ( 30 calories per cup)
    1 cup of Kale
    1 cup of Spinach
    1.5 bananas
2 cups of Great Value Frozen Mixed Fruit
1 tablespoon of Creamy Almond Butter
about 5 shakes of Ground Cinnamon

Personally, I found first putting 1 cup of almond milk and the Kale and Spinach FIRST in the blender, blend better and then I add everything else. I have one of these green smoothies every morning. Monday through Friday and it's about 173 Calories. Remember the recipe makes 3 green smoothies.
    Enjoy!

My breakfast 5 mornings out of 7-

    3 jumbo free-range eggs
1 scoop Jarrow unflavored whey protein
½ teaspoon raw ground rhodiola root
¼ teaspoon raw ground maca root
    ½ teaspoon raw ground cacao
    1 teaspoon raw local honey
    1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
1 cup freshly brewed high-quality coffee

Blend it up and down it! So much awesome. Frothy and perfectly thick.

    Current favorite post-workout:
    - handful of ice
    - one frozen banana
    - one cup of almond and/or coconut milk
    - two scoops of chocolate whey protein powder
    - two frozen squares of Lindt 90% cacao

    Blend blend blend!
I like adding the chocolate squares because it gives the smoothie this really awesome crunchy taste. It reminds me of a 'cookies and creme' feel.

I've been making mine with 1 5.3oz carton flavored Greek yogurt, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/2 cup peach/banana/strawberry frozen fruit blend, 50g raw spinach, and 12g PB2. They're really, really delicious and filling.
