After I came back like 3 days ago, I probably PM'd maybe 6-8 people, not a single one was read until I had to get them to PM me so it seems like it's pretty consistent.0 -

Yeah, to my understanding the app doesn't have any spot that shows whether it's read in the sents, you'd have to check on the web but you can login to the web on your phone. I just use Chrome and login.1 -

are you sure you haven't been blocked? when I've blocked people in the past, it has told me that they will not know they are blocked - they will still be able to send messages, but the blocker won't receive them. which is a relief, given how many creeps abound on this site 1

Nope! Normally here, by design you can PM anyone on the site with their username. That said, read the thread post if you've already sent a PM to someone and they haven't replied and you're pretty sure they don't loathe you.0 -
