Do all at once, break in half or do though out the day. These early days, I'll push them out in one go. But I'll have to break it up in a week or two.

lol I didn't do any girly push-ups, but 30 the 1st set, and 15 after I rested for a few. Challenge done!0 -

I throw this on top of my 60 minute Cardio routine & i'm good to go. I couldn't do much more after that.0

I've never really did strength exercises so just for fun I did all those things you've listed and boy was that exhilarating!
