    Do all at once, break in half or do though out the day. These early days, I'll push them out in one go. But I'll have to break it up in a week or two.

    I'll post day 2 the same time tomorrow.

    Good job! I was really feeling the sqauts & had to throw in a couple girl push ups but day 2 is done. Lol

    & I agree. Doing this challenge after my cardio is pretty awesome.

    lol I didn't do any girly push-ups, but 30 the 1st set, and 15 after I rested for a few. Challenge done!

  • I'm in... late as usual, but in nonetheless. I was hoping to find this type of challenge. Making one up for myself isn't the incentive I need to get it done.

    I throw this on top of my 60 minute Cardio routine & i'm good to go. I couldn't do much more after that.

    I've never really did strength exercises so just for fun I did all those things you've listed and boy was that exhilarating!
