    I'm in... late as usual, but in nonetheless. I was hoping to find this type of challenge. Making one up for myself isn't the incentive I need to get it done.

    Are these the only exercises you suppose to do a day, or is it on top for your normal daily workout?

    I throw this on top of my 60 minute Cardio routine & i'm good to go. I couldn't do much more after that.

    I've never really did strength exercises so just for fun I did all those things you've listed and boy was that exhilarating!
    I'm going to join this 30-Day Challenge!

    Push Ups: 50
    Sit Ups: 25
    Crunches: 10
    Leg Raises: 10
    Planks: 15 Seconds

    Omg, I jumped in on Day 2 and I did it all wrong but I still did it..

    squats 50
    push ups 10
    sit ups 20
    crunches 20
    leg raises 15
    planks 1min
    and I added in jumping jacks 50
    (completed all at one time)
    Sorry I will do Day 3 correctly....

    My thighs are still hurting from day 3. :( I've completed everything except for the squats. I'll try and knock them out before bed.

    I don't blame you taking a day if thighs are burning... Extra push ups instead?! ;)

    Legs are a little wobbly, but the biggest issue is the pushups. I am TERRIBLE at them...great form though :happy:
