Don’t shout. If I eat a healthy diet, hit all my macros, what the hell is wrong with a muffin or a Fig Newton?2

I think Sohee Lee prepped for a bikini show while eating a snickers bar every day.3

I'm talking about nutrient dense foods, 200kcal of cookies that are "empty calories" are not the same as 200kcal of NUTRIENT DENSE FOOD.
I know I'm SOSOSOSOSOSOSOSO CRAZYYYY
In maintenance, if one is eating a varied diet and hitting their nutrition goals why is a cookie a problem? And why make a thread dictating to an entire board of people who are in maintenance what they should and shouldn't do?
Dude all I said was put the cookie down, and everyone wants to stone me, i was not aware cookies where people's sweet spot I mean weak spot
But why?
Because I HATE COOKIES OK4 -
The calories are the same. The nutrients are not. Each can fit into a healthy maintenance diet for most people.5

Aww I think she looks pretty good.. I do love her look though so maybe that is why.1 -

You're right in that the typical pastry contains less fiber than the typical fruit. Although I often bake a delicious high fiber muffin that is packed with nutrients. But 500 calories really IS 500 calories. That's just basic physics.

You're not pointing out the proper difference. 500 calories = 500 calories. Get you an edumacation.1 -
