Definitely success! My snacking curfew is now 8pm but as I study until late I know I need something so I had some cashews once the boys were asleep at 7.30! I had made sure to prelog them too so ensured I kept under my 1200 target. Thinking I'll make that a habit!1 -

I feel your pain! I'm allowing myself sat night treats as I'm trying to focus on studying (and losing weight!) So I've timetabled in a glass of wine for Saturday!2 -

I had two baby pickles while prepping lunch. I’m gonna give myself a pass on that one... but the good thing was I told myself if I ate a third pickle, I would count it as LNS won, so this challenge influenced me to stop at just 2. That’s a win2 -
I just started my diet yesterday and messed up on late night snacks last night. So I need this challenge. I'm in.2

Hope I don't jinx myself by saying I am already doing better than I did last month. I'm not feeling a compulsion to run to the kitchen after the dishwasher is already running.2 -

It snowed. And I got my snow tires off last week.
It was not a good day, yesterday.
This trend must not continue. Another pound or two and my first pair of pants won't fit.2 -

Ok... so I had a 10 calorie SF jello at 10:15pm while my husband ate an entire dinner upon coming home from work. I still say success.
I guess I need to define success for myself as less than 25 calories of snacking after dinner - a few baby carrots, a pickle or a jello won’t deter me from my goals...3
