Double chocolate muffins with chocolate icing on the grazing table at the office, they showed up at 8:00am. This does not have to do with late night snacking, but, I had to write to let you know, so I would not wander over to them. Kept busy typing. Yikes!! Grabbed my yogurt and raspberries; and shut my office door. I remembered that I saw an awesome members profile pic: "What you eat in Private, shows in Public." Whew!2 -

Hi all......its good to be back!
The end of March was a stressful time and my snacking and accountability went out the window. I've been on holiday and now feel ready to attack this head on.
Starting today, aiming for a 19 day streak!1 -
