Hello everyone, for the last year slowly I regained 27 lbs without even noticing. It is just the moment I decide to re-introduce sugar to my life. I need to return back to keto and stay there for life. Anyone sharing the same story please add me. Thx

Did the sugar cause the weight gain or did the extra calories cause it?
In order to gain weight, you must be at a calorie surplus. Sugar alone won't cause weight gain, you must have been eating at a surplus.
I personally found it was easier to learn portion control and moderation. Those tools have changed my life. I don't need to weigh my foods anymore because I learned what real portions looked like. ( I weighed them for 5 years)
I learned how to eat a well balanced diet that includes treats and snacks in moderation. I Incorporate all the foods that I like and have the skills needed for long-term success. It took a lot of work but in the long run, it was what was best for me personally. Keto isn't magic, you still need to create a calorie deficit in order to lose weight.

I am that way too. As soon as sugar and refined grains are in my diet, I tend to lpose the ability to moderate calories. I remove those foods and it stays almost easy.

    Good luck!

I've been fighting this battle as well. I did so well and last year stress got the best of me and my mind change caused me to regain 30lbs. Slowly I'm getting back!
