When do you exercise - first thing in the morning or after work?

I am absolutely NOT a morning person. If I exercise in any way before noon, I'm running, because someone is chasing me with a knife. I generally work out after 8:00 pm. My husband makes dinner at 6:00 (because he knows that, if it were left up to me, we'd end up eating around 9:00), so I give it about an hour and a half after eating. There is the temptation to just not do it, but what motivates me is freeing up a few calories for an after-workout treat of some sort. If you want to try to work out in the evenings, give it a shot. If you get into a routine, it might end up working out for you.0
