Weekends are always more difficult for me to eat better. I do great all week, weekend hits, and it all goes out the window... as the scale shows. I've recently started running, well... I guess it's more like walking with a bit of jogging in there.2 -

Up a couple of pounds after 2 weeks of travel visiting lots of family and a work related reunion. I enjoyed every minute of it but I'm happy to be home. Getting back to my normal routine.
