It's pretty much what MFP is - except that IIFYM uses the TDEE formula.1

Don't pay to be told what to eat - unless you want to pay (and be told what to eat), of course. IIFYM means "if it fits YOUR macros"; you decide what to eat. Nutrition for healthy adults =/= rocket science.5
