    It's pretty much what MFP is - except that IIFYM uses the TDEE formula.

    For me....
    The philosophy of flexible dieting suits me but I dislike the IIFYM website's take on it so that's a no and a yes from me. :)
    Flexible calories and macros works better for me. YMMV.
