I'll join you. I'm way over 40! Lol. Right now I'm working on losing 10lbs by memorial day. This challenge will keep me going until summer begins. Thanks!

I'll join in the fun. 48yo starting at 196.5 and looking to get to 175. I actually started at 202 last week, but we'll mark as of today. Might I recommend a book to everyone: Bigger Leaner Stronger by Michael Matthews. Great information on eating the right way instead of "dieting" - There is a women's version of the book as well.3

I would like to join in. I'm at 196 and my goal is 180 and I'm way past 40. I will post on Sundays.2

I am hoping to lose about 15 lbs ideally by June 28 (my son's Grade 12 graduation). Trying to stick to 1200 calories but the hardest part is keeping the carbs low and drinking enough water! I turn 50 in 2 weeks...sigh LOL4

I'm in! A little late to the party but I just got back on MFP after a too long hiatus. This is my first challenge and I'm hoping to get under 200 by the end of this challenge with a GW of 150.

I'm in too! I've been hovering around 170 for 3 months when I went on a hiatus. Made the decision to get serious again on 4/7 when I set a goal to exercise every day.
I see the doctor again on 6/21 and would LOVE to be down 15 pounds by then.

I'm in! I need some motivation. I've really let myself get way too compliant when it comes to my eating. This will give me some culpability!
Goal weight by June... ideally 149, just to get out of the 150s. I have a big event on the 12th of May so I want to be 155-ish by then... although I have big eating days scheduled for the 8th and 10th of May, so water weight may put a spanner in the works!

Been slackin' for a few weeks, but gettin' back on track with my personal trainer and MFP! Have a Vegas vacation coming up June 8th, so want to fit nicely in my "currently too tight" swimsuit by then.

I weigh every day, and I was 160 during the week. I had a bad day yesterday. It was hot and I woke up late, and I spent several hours at uni in a meeting and hanging out with a friend who was recently bereaved. By the time I was walking home it was almost 4pm and I hadn't eaten anything all day. I popped into the corner shop to get an ice cream and came out with a load of 'junk' food. The kind I can't resist. I ended up eating most of it. I knew even whilst I was doing it that I shouldn't be doing it. I tried to curb it by having a sandwich but that just pushed my calories for the day higher and I finished the pringles anyway. Sigh.
At least that means I only have half a pack of Haribo left so I can't do the same today. Onwards and, uh, downwards!5 -
I'm in also, hope it's not too late! Want to lose 20 pounds by July 1, although I know it's a bit ambitious for me

Hope it’s not too late to join. I’m 162lb. Finding it so hard to even drop 1lb a week right now, so looking for motivation and like minded people to support each other. Trying to lose 2lb a week.
