I'm in! I need some motivation. I've really let myself get way too compliant when it comes to my eating. This will give me some culpability!
Goal weight by June... ideally 149, just to get out of the 150s. I have a big event on the 12th of May so I want to be 155-ish by then... although I have big eating days scheduled for the 8th and 10th of May, so water weight may put a spanner in the works!

Been slackin' for a few weeks, but gettin' back on track with my personal trainer and MFP! Have a Vegas vacation coming up June 8th, so want to fit nicely in my "currently too tight" swimsuit by then.

I weigh every day, and I was 160 during the week. I had a bad day yesterday. It was hot and I woke up late, and I spent several hours at uni in a meeting and hanging out with a friend who was recently bereaved. By the time I was walking home it was almost 4pm and I hadn't eaten anything all day. I popped into the corner shop to get an ice cream and came out with a load of 'junk' food. The kind I can't resist. I ended up eating most of it. I knew even whilst I was doing it that I shouldn't be doing it. I tried to curb it by having a sandwich but that just pushed my calories for the day higher and I finished the pringles anyway. Sigh.
At least that means I only have half a pack of Haribo left so I can't do the same today. Onwards and, uh, downwards!5 -
I'm in also, hope it's not too late! Want to lose 20 pounds by July 1, although I know it's a bit ambitious for me

Hope it’s not too late to join. I’m 162lb. Finding it so hard to even drop 1lb a week right now, so looking for motivation and like minded people to support each other. Trying to lose 2lb a week.

*I think since this was a week where I was *really* focused on getting back on track, I lost more than I ever have in a week. A bowl of ramen at a restaurant on the 22nd already had this morning's weigh-in up from Sunday's weight, but hoping to see a number in the 170's next Sunday!

I'm 159.6, but I'm going to have to round up. 159 probably is more accurate as I (tmi) am kind of constipated right now and I was 159 some days of this week. Still, it's a drop from last week, so I should be happy. At 1lb per week I probably won't reach my goal of being in the 140s by June 21st. I really ought to start running again, but the weather has been tragic the last couple of weeks here. Rain, rain, and more rain. I can't run in the rain because I have alopecia, and having wet hair would expose all my bald patches. Same issue with windy weather.2 -
I'm not over 40, but I am in as I have a very similar goal!
