4/25 - 208.4 - Had a BIG drop today, was holding steady around 210 until this morning.

I downloaded the Libra weight tracker app - it tracks trends and shows expected dates to goals. I entered my long term goal and got really overwhelmed. I switched my goal to 199.9 with my goal date of 6/21 and it said my expected goal date was actually June 6th at my current rate. I know I'll slow down a bit in terms of lbs/week but it really helped me feel like I CAN DO THIS!!! I'll rejoin another 3 month challenge and adjust my goal again at that time. Until then, keep at it everyone, well done!5 -

AJB1014, Thanks! We are just about neck and neck. My water retention has been no joke! I've battled my way down from 215. I'm so close to 200lbs. It seems my body just loves to tease me. Lol. On April 30th, my weight was 204.8, then dropped to 203 on the 1st, now back to 204.8. Today, 204. Smh GOOD LUCK to you! If you reach ONEDERLAND before me, don't wait! Lol.1 -

Hi everyone!
I am late to the game but I'm in. I've recently gained about 15 pounds. Trying to lose them all by June 15th! I have a late start. My weigh in's are Monday mornings.

That's why I do my weigh-ins and progress pics on Friday mornings... gives me the week to get over my weekend! LOL
Hahaha- my problem is I tend to be pretty on track during the week, and then one meal on the weekend seems to undo all my hard work So knowing I have that Sunday morning weigh-in *usually* helps me make better decisions on Saturday evenings2 -

It was a good week that I really enjoyed with lots of celebrations so I'm not sweating it too much.1 -

@AJB1014, You're doing great! I have noticed that those of us that have reached 212/210 lbs to 200 lbs and just under seem to be on a tumultuous ride! I know that I will eventually get under 200, but it is filled with ups and downs. I have gotten to the point now that I won't update my progress on MFP until my weight settles for a few days.
