I should have gave my scale the finger this morning. It's been a hectic week full of a lot of unhealthy eating and less exercise so I'm not surprised I gained but I'm frustrated I didn't work harder. Hopefully next week will be better!0 -

Here we are again.........wednesday...........and to my delight I have lost 0.5 pound....Yippee. Good week all round, I think it is because I have not been out drinking, so next week may be a different story as i'm off out this weekend....watch this space and see you all next week.

Thanks! I am loving the gym but finding it's more difficult than I thought to be able to find time to actually go! I was hoping I'd be able to go around 5 times a week but it's turning out to be more like 3 times a week. It's definitely better than doing workout videos at home though since it's easier to motivate myself to go to the gym than to pop in a DVD (kinda seems backwards, but the couch is too tempting at home!).0
