    9/29 174.2 I didn't spend enough time planning my meals and keeping groceries in the house, eating out too often. On a postive note, I have been very consistant with exercise!:bigsmile:

    I should have gave my scale the finger this morning. It's been a hectic week full of a lot of unhealthy eating and less exercise so I'm not surprised I gained but I'm frustrated I didn't work harder. Hopefully next week will be better!

    Here we are again.........wednesday...........and to my delight I have lost 0.5 pound....Yippee. Good week all round, I think it is because I have not been out drinking, so next week may be a different story as i'm off out this weekend....watch this space and see you all next week.

    Down 0.7 lbs from last week. I don't know how accurate the fraction of a pound is, but since I'm using the Wii at least it's consistent. I'm going to try to make it a full pound or more next week! Too many sweets this past week.

    Thanks! I am loving the gym but finding it's more difficult than I thought to be able to find time to actually go! I was hoping I'd be able to go around 5 times a week but it's turning out to be more like 3 times a week. It's definitely better than doing workout videos at home though since it's easier to motivate myself to go to the gym than to pop in a DVD (kinda seems backwards, but the couch is too tempting at home!).

    Up 0.2 lbs yesterday (I didn't make it to the forum to post, but did weigh yesterday). I'm not feeling very well so glad it's only 0.2 lbs. Who knows what's going on inside my body. Hopefully I'll feel better soon to get back to the gym!
