    I'm grateful.

    I've seen a lot of posts from a lot of different people citing their motivations for wanting to improve their life through fitness goal/s. Some of these reasons are because of ill health, people who've fought back against cancer, people living with diabetes.

    So, I'm grateful, that I get to live a healthy lifestyle, eat well, go to the gym, because I want to. I hope I stay in good health for a long time.
