    Depends on my activity and the weather. If I sweat even a little, in the laundry it goes. Otherwise, for shirts and bras it's usually 2 days. Pants 3/4 days. Underwear/socks every day. Night clothes, usually 2 days (or 1 if I jump on the treadmill in my PJs in the morning).

    I admit I'm a bit grossed out by this thread, lol.

    With the exception of bras, jeans and sweaters, everything goes in the hamper after wearing one time.

    Okay. I change pajamas halfway through the week. So fresh starting on Saturday night and Wednesday night.
