this waking so often has my fitbit mad at my sleep per night this week lol. i slept in today it added 45 mins to my average XD0 -
Sometimes I can't get to sleep it takes hours. Other days I pass smooth out. Most days though it takes an hour to fall asleep and I wake several times a night. Last week I didn't sleep for more than 7 hours. The week before I had the best sleep in years. It was like I was a teen again. Slept 10 hours and according to my fitbit over 6 hours was solid. I wish I could sleep like this every night. I am in general getting better sleep now that I've been working out. Went from 5 hours to just under 7.0
