I love Scotch and Brillat-Savarin cheese. (But not at the same time.) I don't consume a lot of either, but I will never give either of them up. Quality over quantity!3

I haven't given anything up. I enjoy it all in moderation.15

Creamy coffees. I gave up the sugar and prefer it without now, but you can pry my delicious creamy coffee out of my dead hands! I'm not willing to drink it black to save 70-140 calories per day; I enjoy it too much!12

I gave up fruit juice and sweetened drinks and soda pop...for the most part. Can't tell ya the last time I had soda pop. Maybe 2011?1

I will never drink water as my daily fluid. I need 90% fluid from something with taste or im going to start boredom eating or crave snacks. So sugar free fluids like juice, energy drinks and fizzy drinks are my achilles heel5

^This for me too. When I started measuring what I put in my coffee I tried cutting back by 5g/day all the way to black, decided I can live with 30g in my 12oz cup every morning.
Ultimately, I've decided it's not worth making a blanket statement to outright give anything up. If I choose to eat something that not's "good for me" I still log and it and know that it was a singular choice, has caloric consequences, and can't happen all the time. I've found that I evaluate these choices more thoroughly under this line of thinking, and find myself saying yes to these temptations less and less. More often than not, I decide things really aren't "worth" it as far as the calories vs. level of enjoyment (along the lines of the coffee creamer); if I'm going to have pizza, it has to be good pizza, or a nice soft cookie. If it's mediocre it's just not worth the calories.5 -
Monster Java. I will not give that up. It is 220 calories a can, but it also has B vitamins, C, potassium and a quite a bit of protein. So it is my breakfast.4

my morning coffee with bread1

Ice cream
And for the record, fake sugars are not the devil. https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1308408/why-aspartame-isnt-scary12 -
I won't give up the two or three glasses of wine or cocktails I have over a weekend. I log the calories and rarely drink during the week. I also have one babble cheese every day. Its portion controlled so I am not in danger of eating too much and I look forward to that little treat every afternoon3

Half and half in my chocolate tea.1
-
Coffee, dark chocolate (okay, any chocolate), wine, beer
So mostly drinks! But I make them all fit into my daily calories. Not willing to cut back on any at the moment.0 -
Ice cream, candy, chips. If I'm trying to lose a few pounds, I'll try to make substitutions like Halo Top, Pure Protein Bars and Quest chips. Otherwise, one or all three usually end up being daily consumed.0

I'm quoting myself because apparently my reading and replying skills were on pause.
I didn't give up anything other than soda pop and fruit juice. I can't stand diet, so that's not even an option. Pretty much all I drink is water or my one cup of coffee in the morning with sugar, chocolate and heavy cream.1 -
The only thing I wanted to stop was eating so much that I gained weight and maintained at an obese weight. I can't think of a single food I gave up, other than maybe some so-called treats I might once have eaten mindlessly, but don't now find even remotely worth their calories. (Poor-quality packaged grocery-store baked goods come to mind as one example.)
I did give up bigger portion sizes, and rearranged the proportions of foods I ate (more veggies, less pasta, for example), during weight loss, and now in maintenance.7 -
Wine2

Calling anything I ingest "bad" is counter-productive to my goals.12

I haven't given anything up because giving it up would make me crave it like crazy and eventually binge. Though I have made some changes to the way I eat and there are foods I won't/can't keep in the house like chips or cookies, but I don't tell myself I'm not allowed to have them ever I just have them on special occasions. For example I will have cookies when I visit my parents or have chips when I'm at a party because I am in public and I can control myself, but at home alone I can easily scarf down a whole party bag of chips.2

Coffee with cream AND sugar. I can't drink black coffee! I've tried! I just can't.6
-
chips, those are a must for me- now I buy the single size bags of my favorites- and leave them out in the car- I take 1 bag out each night for my nightime snack;lol2

I can’t and won’t give up diet soda. I hear all the time how bad it is for you, but I’m not kicking it!5
-
Half and half in my tea, and rum (but not in tea). Actually, for the purpose of weight loss, I haven’t really given anything completely up.2
-
I didn't give up anything.2

Have you tried the nugo slim bars? They are my new favorite protein bar and they really satisfy my need for dessert when I'm cutting (which is not to say that I have given up any desserts, either, but sometimes I want booze instead and it's hard for me to fit both into a weekday on a cut).
They are crispier than PP bars and actually taste like chocolate. New fav thing (they only have ~17g of protein, tho nugo has a line with 25g also - doesn't taste as much like a candy bar, tho).
Anyway! I won't give up tortilla chips, but I do have to cut back in the number of days that I eat them because that salty goodness with guac or with salsa... I can eat my weight in them. Mostly I sub popcorn if I don't have the cals for chips.1 -
Craft beer.3

I have not given anything up. I just make sure it fits into my calories. HOWEVER I am trying to make wiser choices-I won't eat it if it's not amazing. I was eating anything that was there for the sake of eating it. I am trying to make choices around my treats and making sure it's something I really enjoy.3

Diet Coke (although I have cut down considerably)2
