Nice work, @Will_Workout_for_food! Damn, all these young bucks showing off their amazing physiques. Come on, guys! Where are the more seasoned athletes?0

I am just wrapping up my bulk so my results are going from lean to not so lean but just to give people an idea of what they can expect when they bulk.
So this is about 7 months between left and right photos, 14lbs gained. I think I did ok, but we will see what I really built after I cut.
@sardelsa I have seen you in the forums for a few years now, and I must say you are definitely very inspiring! Granted this is a couple months old now, you look amazing...Even after a bulk!2 -

you are only as old as you feel im 32 this year but i feel like a 15 year old with my maturity level
Exactly. For me, age is nothing more than a number. I am 12 in my head! That was when I was innocent and pure! HA! Anyone buying that? I have some swamp land in Arizona for you, too!
Well, much respect to you for your current progress! The fun is just about to start. Once the newbie gains end (anywhere between three and six months) the pain begins! I was a center fielder and catcher in baseball! I love pain!!!!! Nothing but weakness leaving the body and the mind! Bring it on!!!!
And, from 45 on (so, for the last six years) life has never been better. So, you have something to look forward to (hopefully).0 -

Thanks so much! I'm about halfway through my cut now (well at least I think so, I don't know how low I want to go this time). I'll have to update at some point1 -

I know exactly where you’re talking about!1 -
Last nights refeed was SOLID!!
Whole rotisserie chicken
Whole 2 pints of sweet habit ice cream
6 rice cakes with various toppings
Box of cereal with protein powder mixed in
Tortilla pizza
Roasted squash
Protein bar....etc I’m sure there was more lol.
Had a killer workout this am. I only do these if I progress every week in my cut3 -

The other location - the 9465 Wilshire location - was in the Bank of America building. We had the 5th and 6th floors (entirely) and 2nd and 9th (partially). There was that kick *kitten* French Bistro off to the right....between the entrance to that building and the parking lot. Loved that bistro.
I have not had contact with those folks for 15 years so I do not know if they are still there or not. I know that things happen fast in that environment so who knows. I might call Dan and/or John to see if they are still there. Anyway, have not thought of that place for a long time.0 -

Started using MFP 5/17 to count calories and macros. Pics are (left = 5/9/18, right = 6/26/18). Joined a gym same day I started MFP. 5 weeks hard work, I am happy with it. About 17 pound loss.

The golf pic shows my true before and after. The before shirtless pic was taken mid way through my 60 pound weight loss. I didn't take shirtless pics at my heaviest. Now I can't stop. Lol15 -

That sounds pretty crazy @pinggolfer96 . How low do you keep your fat for refeeds?0 -

Ehh depends. If I feel like incorporating something that I’ve been craving that is considered higher fat for a refeed then I’ll still have it. Try to stay below 30 grams, but I don’t stress too hard if I’m making progress1 -

Yea see I don't do traditional refeeds... I increase carbs and everything else. Carbs without fat isn't too much fun for me, unless I want to have a bucket of candy, which I pretty much do during the week anyways0 -

There are a couple here from before a cut I started in February and a couple here from just a few weeks ago in May before I started bulking for the first time.

Starting my first official cut after about 7 months of messy bulking. Yes, I know better now and will do better next time.
Already two weeks in now and it will be a very orderly, systematic cut through to the end of August.
Well it is the end of August! It was a systematic cut complete with a systematic one month overseas vacation. I am good with it. Both my squat and bench press are up 5 kg each, so that is a plus. I will continue through to the end of October. Goal is to comfortably make the 120 kg weight class on competition day, Nov 10th .
Cheers!

Wow, just Wow!!! Everyone looks great! So inspiring!1

Def time to start a bulk. Lookin thin mah dude! Increase those calories and get on a solid training program6 -
Rear delts have slowly but surely turned into one of my best body parts; training them 4X per week, low sets, high reps. More update pics to come later4 -
Minor cut going on until October. Will post quad/hamstring/calve pics when I'm done (not quite up to par yet). Summer in most difficult to keep exercising for myself due to the heat & constantly feeling like ****/passing out/lightheaded....fall is just around the corner thankfully.0 -

Wtf why are you cutting in general?? None the less til October. No offense but you look emaciated and sick.....there’s nothing left to cut.
Start bulking and put some mass on. Not trying to be mean but just look at your pics dude...11
