Sounds like it starts in a trailer park and ends when you have absolutely no self respect left.
Well now, some double wides can be quite luxurious.
and... ending with no self respect? I started with no self respect and it went downhill from there.
Sooo.. you're ripe for the picking then

@SabotageinStilettos i know people think all gay guys sleep around but I dont (I'm Bi). Ive never had one night stand or friend with benefits.
I have loads of close friends who are helping me through break up so I will be fine.5 -

Ahhh the subtlety... so which one am I?
The one squirting ?1 -
I don't think sleeping around and *kitten* everyone in their city right after a breakup is healthy. That's an angry type of response and I think other people will pick up on it which will doom any potential chemistry. And if you don't care to start a relationship, but just want sex, the physical stuff usually doesn't heal the emotional pain. YMMV0

It’s been almost 3 years and I stopped living my life thinking someone else had to be there. I found my hobbies, more time with my kids I got to be selfish and I have been able to do all the things I’ve wanted to. My finances are even better. But all of that was time as well. Meditation, reading, writing a book helped me and great friends.0

Late to the party. But how long has it been since the break up? How long were y'all together?
Also I agree with the others that said to delete everything. Block on social media so you don't get tempted to check up on him. Delete all the pics and texts you still have. It's too hard to not look at them, and that's just picking at the wound while its trying to heal. Time and activity are your friends. It will eventually numb over. I've been divorced for 3 years after 15 years of marriage, and I've had a few break ups since. It's all a process with stages, almost like grief.5 -
Look at me....being all serious and *kitten*!

I'm sorry. That has got to be the shitiest reason to break up. Also, sorry about your dad. Hugs man.1 -
Work out, find a hobby, hang with friends. I’d find a brand spanking (no pun intended) new hobby, and obsess over that.
She left6 months ago, and I’ve dated some, but the real healing is up to you.0 -
