5/8 135.96- 2.04 mile walk And my weight just keeps rising...
5/9 135.52- Had visitors in the evening, so didn't go out for my evening walk.
5/10 135.75- 1.22 mile walk Walk was cut short due to weather.
5/11 135.3- 3.67 mile walk Big walk to make up for previous 2 days.
5/12 136.18- 2.17 mile walk Frustrated with my weight. Exercising and eating under calories.
5/13 135.52- No exercise. Big blister on the bottom of my foot. Need to suck it up and go out tomorrow.
5/14 135.3- 1.6 mile walk and 2.2 mile walk Had a busy day, but I managed to get in 2 separate walks! I did not drink enough water. Trying to fit in a little extra now before bed.

5/08 Fitbit steps- 11,300, 67 minutes of exercise. eating lots of vegetables, eating healthy!
5/09 - working hard to be strong, had a great day yesterday, had swelling from my head going to my toes. Keep going!
5/10 - tracking my food I thought I ate good, but I realized my sodium was up. Still had lots of vegetables.
5/11 - Fitbit steps-8,500 My eating was not as good as usual as far as vegetables, had to remind myself why I had surgery. I eat healthier when I make it myself. I keep telling myself how good I`m doing and every day I have a new challenge. Keep positive!
5/12 - I am so lucky I eat my foods to help me heal. Chicken, lots of vegetables, fruit and water. Back to the doctors today the start of bronchitis, I can not believe all the virus I keep catching!
5/13- Going to push harder, for exercise this week. I need to focus on me.
5/14 Enjoying the sunshine today! Starting to get stronger again. Eating healthy!
5/15- Eating a lot of vegetables, and fruits. Sodium and sugar are both good! When I cook instead of going out to eat.
5/16 My grandson had minor surgery, good recovery. Went out for dinner I asked if they could omit salt, which helped me a lot. Swelling in my face and neck, make it difficult.

Hi, all. Been seeing this challenge for a while. Been on mfp since 2010. Lifting and walking are my main workouts, but I hibernate in the winter and lean toward videos at home.

5/09 199 going to start today with a long walk - I've noticed i feel less hungry on days when I get more exercise. Don't quite understand that. I don't eat back my exercise calories - but it's a win win so I'll take it !
5/10 199 Yesterday was a beautiful day, lots of walking in the sunshine - and a 3 hour choir practice.
5/11 198.8 if slow and steady truly wins the race - I'm in contention.
5/12 198.8 I'm happy with that. Didn't eat as well yesterday. One of my students brought me homemade cranberry and orange scones. Delicious! but, over my calorie and carb goals and now I am having carb cravings. Must stay focused today!

8: 208.5... I'm down 7.4 pounds of water weight since I started a few days late last round. I'm feeling really good about being back on track!
9: 208.5
10: 209... Not bad considering the late, high sodium dinner and low water intake for the day.
11: 206.9... Did really well yesterday. Plenty of water, and I think drinking a homemade iced vanilla matcha latte every morning is helping with the weight release.
12: No weigh in today. Left home way too early in the morning for my daughter's soccer games over an hour away. I'm not off to a great start foodwise, but I don't feel the need to go overboard just because I've started out eating gas station food. I feel like that's a victory for me. I may end up a little over my calories, but I'm going to try not to.
13: 207.5... I'm guessing this is at least partially normal fluctuation. I've been on track with calories and water. I'm not concerned, especially because this weight is nearly a 3 pound loss this round already.
14: 207.9... I think I figured out the small upward trend. TOM in a day or two, and I always gain a little before and drop after it starts.
15: 206.3...TOM started this morning, and there's the drop.
16: 206.9
17: 205.5... Total release this round: 4.7 pounds! Damn that feels awesome!

5/08 181, had a low exercise/high calorie day yesterday and got it shows. Movement and water are my friends today.
5/09 181.7 Not going to freak out yet. Was within calorie goal but I think some of this is water retention from big exercise day.
5/10 179.9, 20K steps, stayed in calories, drank water minimum, limited calories after dinner
5/11 179, 12k steps, stayed in calorie goal including treats. Super pleased.
5/12 179.7, 12k steps, ate back some exercise calories. Lifted weights too.
5/13 179.7, slacker day. No change is actually a good thing considering I got about 5,000 steps and didn’t log
5/14 181.2 This is what happens when I don’t exercise or log for a weekend. Back to work.

Round 40 GOAL = Ease slowly back to the middle of my maintenance zone (125-130), and push the exercise and steps.
5/8 - 129.0 - Yesterday under calories, 40 minutes on elliptical, 10K steps.
5/9 - 128.8 - Yesterday a bit over calories, 8K steps. Having a hard time getting any incidental steps at work, so slammed I am just glued to my desk stressing for 9 hours straight ... did not work for me (or anyone else)
5/10 -128.8 - Yesterday over calories thanks to medicinal insomnia sugar in the middle of the night, other than that it would have been a reasonable day. 10K steps and got a walk at lunch.
5/11 - 128.8 - Yesterday under calories, super tired, to bed early and slept 9 hours yay!
5/12 - 129.4 - yesterday over calories with too much sugar after dinner Badly done!
5/13 - 128.0 - yesterday under calories, a couple of hours gardening, 8k steps.
5/14 - 128.0 - yesterday under calories, 10K steps
5/15 - 127.6 - yesterday under calories, 13K steps, nice workout split between run and elliptical
5/16 - 128.4 - yesterday over calories, few steps, no workout I have to find a better way of handling my writing group Tuesdays, which combine a busy/stressy work day, a lunch hour spent doing reviews, and after-work hunger while faced with snacks I have prepared for my friends, a great dinner prepared by hubs, and exhaustion .......
