Honestly, sometimes not being anxious makes me anxious.

I listed every day things that give me mild anxiety.

But there have been times in my life I've been triggered by seemingly nothing and I will have a complete melt down. Like it doesn't even make rational sense, but there's no denying I'm in full panic mode. That isn't fun. And I'm glad that those episodes are fewer and farther between these days.

To this day, even after weight loss, plane seats give me anxiety.
    I hate being late.

I do this with roller coasters. Never in my life have I had an issue where the seat belt wouldn't fasten but it gives me major anxiety the whole time I am in line

    Public speaking.
    When I'm running late.
Driving in busy traffic in unfamiliar areas.
When I feel overwhelmed, everything is amped up.
I'm always anxious I'll run into people I don't want to see. lol

    Having gas on an airplane

Why would this give you anxiety, there are literally dozens of people to blame it on all within arms reach

Picking who to blame it on gives me anxiety. Too many choices.

Always pick the quietest most innocent looking one.
