Honestly, sometimes not being anxious makes me anxious.0

I listed every day things that give me mild anxiety.
But there have been times in my life I've been triggered by seemingly nothing and I will have a complete melt down. Like it doesn't even make rational sense, but there's no denying I'm in full panic mode. That isn't fun. And I'm glad that those episodes are fewer and farther between these days.2 -

To this day, even after weight loss, plane seats give me anxiety.

I do this with roller coasters. Never in my life have I had an issue where the seat belt wouldn't fasten but it gives me major anxiety the whole time I am in line2 -

Public speaking.
When I'm running late.
Driving in busy traffic in unfamiliar areas.
When I feel overwhelmed, everything is amped up.
I'm always anxious I'll run into people I don't want to see. lol0 -
