    Hello fitness pals,

    how are you all doing?
    I've been under my calorie limit everyday - something I am quite proud of.
    However, I made absolutely zero progress this week :s My scale shows the same weight as last Monday. Exactly the same! How can it be? I have to say that I feel quite disappointed. :'( I really hoped to make more progress.
    But I guess I have to be happy that the first week was so great and I should be thankful that I did not gain weight.
    I know that weight loss has its ups and downs - still...who wants to eat properly within the calorie limit and not lose anything? This is the moment when I always wonder "is it really worth it?"
    But I will not give up! B) I hope you had a better week than me!

    Yeah, sorry, didn't make it yesterday. :#
    I am glad that I managed to lose 0,5kg/1,1lb since last week. I am fine with that :)

    Starting weight: 74kg/163lb
    Current weight (after 3 weeks): 71.9kg/158.5lb
    Weight (after 1 week): 72.4kg/159.6lb
    Weight (after 2 weeks): 72.4kg/159.6lb
    Goal weight (after 100 days): 68kg/150lb
    Limit per day: 1600kcal

    Is it still time to join? I am logging for two weeks. I reduced drastically the carbs intake, as a result, I am felling great and no craving, which makes easy to reach my 1250kcal goal a day.

    Day 30, Aug 22: 161 Up a slightly due to restaurant lunch - under calorie goal, but the salt! Still down > than a pound per 10 days!
