    I will log on Tuesdays.

    05/06 - 221.6 lbs
    12/06 - 217.4 lbs :smile: *re-start loss*
    19/06 - 217.8 lbs :sweat:
    25/06 - 213.8 lbs :sweat_smile:
    03/07 - 212.4 lbs
    10/07 - 212.6 lbs
    17/07 - 210.0 lbs
    24/07 - 208.6 lbs :smiley:
    31/07 - 206.6 lbs YES!! (ps - I am basically talking to myself here.)
    07/08 - off on a road trip. Hotel scales say 206.8 lbs - that'll do! ** not counting this week
    14/08 - eating out for 2 weeks, trying to maintain, but it's very tough ** not counting this week
    21/08 - 205.6 lbs ... not bad given all the eating out and limited choices!!! :sweat_smile:
    28/08 - 208.8 lbs :sweat: I have no idea why this bump ... let's wait until next week before panicing!
    03/09 - 203.4 lbs ... back on track :sweat_smile:

    2 days to go and I did get very close to my goal! I didn't think I was doing so well, but now I feel re-assured to just keep on going. It's slow and steady but over time there is real progress!
