    I tend to lose 1 lb per 10 days, So I’ll weigh in on these dates! Not sure if weight loss will slow as I near goal, but I’m motivated!

    Day 20, Aug 12: 162.6 Happy! Wasn’t easy psychologically, but I did it.
    Day 30, Aug 22: 161
