    I am wondering when youall exercise, do you eat back none, some or all of your activity calories?

    @naturalmermaid, try eating back half, or all, or none; if you're low on energy, get poor workouts, or lose unexpectedly fast, eat more. If you're not losing as you expect, eat less :)

    Personally I am a fan of eating, and I love cardio, and running is harder if I'm low on calories. Now in maintenance, I eat 'em all back - as I did during most of my loss, too. Your mileage may vary.

    I tend to eat at least half back. I train for different events like marathons and triathlons and have learned to eat calories before during and after workouts for performance. I would like to lose weight faster but I’m also afraid of my body getting freaked out and / or my performance suffering.

    6/17 91.1kg (-0.7kg) Ate a bit under my kcal goal and went to a welnesscentre. So lots of fluid loss. But still happy wth the numbers......
    6/18 90.8kg (-0.3kg) Had an emotional day, not very hungry (but ate a whole bucket of Breyers icecream) and stayed whitin my kcal goal.
    6/19 91.2kg (+0.4kg) That was expected. It all went down too quick.
    6/20 91.6kg (+0.4) Ooohhh here we go again...
