Hi, I'm Callie and I would like to join this accountability group. I find that setting small, attainable goals (10 days at a time) work better for me than setting big, long range goals.

I'm 56yo, memopausal, 5'4". I started MFP in Dec 2012 weighing 232lbs. I lost a bit of weight in 2013-2014, down to 184, before recovery from knee surgery slowed (and finally reversed :/ ) my weight loss. I gained back about 25-30lbs during 2015-2016 and have been sitting at 205-210lbs for the last year. I recommitted in 2018 and really got serious in March. I have lost 15lbs since March have a goal to reach 160 by end of the year. 148ish is my ultimate goal.

I would like to add that I walk daily (2-3 miles), cycle 2-3x/wk (8-12 miles) and hike 6-8 miles on the weekend for exercise. I want to add yoga and strength training in the near future i.e. as soon as I can figure out how to fit that in my schedule. Please add me as a friend if you have similar interests or goals.

    Thanks, Callie

I did not reach my goals for last round. I'm feeling like I'm slipping a little so I need to refocus this round.

Goal: Reach 10K steps for 7/10 days

My official weekly weigh in, is Tuesday evening @ TOPS, so my ticker tape will reflect that loss.

My daily weight is on my home scale, so I can monitor how my week is going.

My ultimate goal is 175lbs, so any loss is a good loss.

6/17 190 Read advice on here to reset my profile every 10 lbs, so I did and have 60 fewer calories per day. Makes sense but also makes me nervous - have to focus and plan a little more carefully
