    Round 45
    SW: 166.8.
    GW for Rnd 45: 163

    Day/Weight/Comment
6/27 166.8. I have started keeping a food journal again. It keeps me accountable 😊
    6/28 166.0.
    6/29 165.6
6/30 164.6 I went to pool aerobics this morning. It was so much fun.
7/01 165.4 I'm thinking my 2 glasses of wine and sleepless night are reflected in my numbers this morning.
    7/02
    7/03 165.2
7/04 164.6 I had plenty of opportunities to make unhealthy choices yesterday but I didn't 😊
7/05 166.2 I made fairly good choices but a lot of things were probably filled with sodium. I hope I will recover from my decisions on the 4th quickly 😊🇺🇸
    7/06 165.2

Results: I had a 1.6 overall loss and I learned SO MUCH about my habits, strengths and weaknesses. ❤️

    Day/Weight/Comment
6/28....179....got a new scale today and my fears were correct. The old one was broken and super inaccurate. So bummed.

6/29...179....trudging along. Staying on track with the tracking but didn't meet my step goal for the day. Was on the road most of it.

6/30.....178....down 1lb!!!! Woohoo!! Haha! Some shift is better than none!!!

7/01....178....again today. Played basketball with the fam yesterday, hauled 50lb sacks of feed around, and made it past my step goal last night. Looking forward to what today brings

7/02.....179... sadness. Whined to hubby about only loss being an inch off the bust so far. Feel like I'm working hard only to get a pear shaped body as a "reward." Frustrating. He says he sees a difference but I'm not seeing it.

7/03.....178.... trudging along! I'm still tired because of the anemia thing, but do feel better at my core. Get to go in for another round of blood work next week. Looking forward to getting the underlying health weirdness in check. Been hoping ditching all this extra fat will help with the hormone issues. Just a bit frustrating when my numbers don't want to budge. Been studiously tracking and exercising. Eventually it will pay off.

7/04.....176... ya, baby!!!! Had to weigh twice just to make sure it wasn't a glitch 😂 it's insanely hot but I'm drinking tons and trying hard to stay within my mfp calorie allowance. Went over yesterday by about 200 calories and didn't reach my daily step goal, but got an hour of shooting hoops with my youngest in.

7/05.....179... 😩 oh the frustration! Scale, why?!? Feeling crummy today.

7/06.....178... ya. Not sure what to believe. Slept most of the day away. Felt like hammered dog poo

7/07......174... still skeptical. I've got my eye on that scale. I'll believe what I see if I get a few more days at this weight. But I have to admit- it IS exciting to see the scale move down.

Rnd 45 loss: 5lbs. Looking forward to the next round of ups and downs.

it was a burger and hot dog weekend. this one pounder was so much easier to eat then the last one. I really should post my positive eating instead of my weakness eating.

@marcvb35 That’s more like it, but no bun for me! Today I’m starting a 4 day beef and butter fast. I did it last month and lost 3#. I wouldn’t do it if I didn’t love burgers!

Damn (are we allowed to say the D word here?) this challenge is so inspiring. So many people finished the challenge, and so many people have done 5 or 10 challenges in a row. I'm signing up for the next challenge.
