    The Realtor sign just got put up in the front yard today, pictures tomorrow, and my latest house flip goes on the market Monday :).....i love the excitement of putting the house on the market and seeing how its received.

    Maybe next one I'll hire @Will_Workout_for_food to do my house pics.....he seems to be damn good at it. It pays well man :)

    I got a 2 hour early start upon my chores today, than yesterday & 4 hours, than the day prior to yesterday! I hope that this unusual burst of energy, stays for at least another day!
