Very happy, knowing that I had a July 2013 became one of the most very stressful month of my life, so far, due to the finals and the semester ending :D

Lots of cheat days, and still ate my regular diet but in smaller portions :D

First 60 pounds took about 90 days. 0.666
The next 57 pounds took closer to 210 days. 0.27

I didn't work as hard at first (when I was getting better results). 'Morbidly obese' weight was just easier to lose than 'overweight' weight.

    32 pounds in 584 days, or .055 lbs/day.

Despite maintaining a deficit of ~750 calories/day for approximately 530 of those 584 days (yes, took a couple of breaks).

No, I don't know what the eff I'm doing wrong (I've tried EEEEEVVVEERRRRYYYTHIIIING), but whatever it is, don't be like me.

Only 60 lbs to go! Goal, I'll see ya sometime in 2017!

    19.2 lbs. in 9 weeks. That's 2.1 lbs. a week or .3 lbs. a day.

I'm not doing anything special. I'm eating my BMR + exercise calories back and eating a ton of fruit and veggies. I'm pretty heavy so it's been a good clip.

31 pound in 118 days = 1.3 pounds every five days

I should add that I am 65, have no thyroid ( which makes me super hypothyroid ) and take cortisone each day. Supposedly it is impossible for me to lose weight.....:o).

Congratulations on sticking with it! Losing 16 lbs per year is a LOT better than stagnating or gaining weight.

Have you considered that your settings for your activity level (not including exercise) might be too high? For instance, if you have a desk job, but are in the category for salesman or teacher, your daily goal for caloric intake will be a few hundred calories too high. The same goes for exercise categories/descriptions.

32 pounds since April 1, 2013 = 1.59 pounds a week. In actuality, I lost faster the first couple of months and it has slowed to 5-6 pounds a month now.

As of today I'm down 7.6 lbs since 7/21 (17 days ago) so I'm at about .45 a day. Most of this is water weight I dropped within the first couple days though.
