    7/17 134.0 Happily maintaining below 135. We didn’t eat until almost 5 so yesterday was a one meal day. My first keto-versary 167.5 to 134 in one year by changing to the ketogenic way of eating with no exercise.
    7/18 132.5 DH, DD#2 & grandkids x3 were supposed to go 6 Flags in Missouri but DH has done something to his neck. He and I have no car here so no one left and kids will miss 6 Flags.(My diagnosis is pinched nerve which was tentatively confirmed by Urgent Care doc)
    7/19 132.0 DD#2 just texted they are on the way. Two kids have to fly back to Las Vegas tonight because their mother won’t allow them to do something extra with our daughter. Family reunion is Saturday in southern Illinois. Now DH and I will be able to attend DHD#1’s graduation party on Saturday.
    7/20 133.0 Had dinner late (waiting for DD#1 who is a nurse) at Cici’s. Pizza in a bowl, no crust. An interesting video I saw yesterday — https://www.facebook.com/JamesSmithPT/videos/1494099927361618/
