    You inspired me - through your working to figure Your’s out - to attempt the same.

    I am curious that we both have faced this when down approx the same number of pounds. My resting heart rate is down, it’s more difficult for me to burn calories, and my appetite had seemed to have increased.

    But we’re never giving up! As you say (love it) ALWAYS a WIP!

    📌Wk 16: 4/01 - 177 - Inflammation from carbs, which was refrigerated dough crescent rolls. I don't even like the way they taste. Yet I ate 3! What is going on with me? Smh. Still struggling through the rest of this day with a swollen knee and stiff joints. I am getting my exercise in though. Can't quit. Won't quit.
