    Wk 2: 8/6 - 186.2. - Very pleased to see a two pound drop instead of my expected one pound gain of fluid on a Monday.
    Wk 3: 8/13 - 185.6- Forgot to post! Retaining a lot of fluid.
    Wk 4: 8/20 - 184- Finally releasing some fluid!
    Wk 5: 8/27 -182.4 - My buddy fluid retention is still hanging with me though. Smh.

    Well, 9.8 pounds gone for sure. It looks like a poor showing, but it is just a tad short of 1/2 lb a week and 1/2 lb per week is actually what my MFP weight loss goal is set at.

    Thank you so much for this challenge! I enjoy the weekly long range challenges.

    I think I will return next week and begin my 2nd Twenty lbs in 20 weeks😀

    Hey guys, I'd like to join the new 20 by 20 challenge if that's alright. I'm 24 and currently 86kg (around 190lbs) and only 156cm (5"1). I'd like to get down to 75kg by Feb. My ultimate goal is around 50kg (110lbs) as my healthy bmi range is 45-60kg.
