Well, 9.8 pounds gone for sure. It looks like a poor showing, but it is just a tad short of 1/2 lb a week and 1/2 lb per week is actually what my MFP weight loss goal is set at.
Thank you so much for this challenge! I enjoy the weekly long range challenges.
I think I will return next week and begin my 2nd Twenty lbs in 20 weeks😀
