There are tons of foods that people actually eat on purpose in the name of health. What foods will you NEVER eat regularly despite their touted benefits?

They are crunchy little seeds and it's easy to put them in cereal and food without knowing they are there.

    I like most things...

I don't really like kale, but I like baby kale...just not adult kale.

Beets. I think this is genetic. You either crave them or you don't. Your body instinctively knows you need them or you don't. I can't stand the taste of beets. I know someone who eats beetroot every single day but then again they eat the same plate of food day in and day out, year after year.

That kombacha (?) tea. Flavored vinegar.

This is definitely an acquired taste. I crave it now but refuse to pay $5 for a bottle. My friends make it so they give it to me when it gets too vinegary. I like that sharp flavor for some reason. I add acv to my tea for the same reason, it’s too bland without it. Also it’ll help me shed 30 lbs in a month miraculously.

I have always loved and craved beets. Incidentally I have always struggled with anemia too. I wonder if there’s a connection
