Hi all! Went to Zumba at the gym this morning -- now doing some housework and watching college football. Probably more of the same tomorrow (minus the college football!).0

I've had a major lack of discipline lately. Not working out nearly enough. Eating well most of the time. I need a kick in the *kitten*! Any volunteers? HAHA!
Going to the woods tomorrow so will get some hiking in.0 -

Went to boot camp tonight. Lifting tomorrow. And some afternoon fishing if the day goes right!1

Lifted this morning with three other guys. The boys were rushing through the deadlifts - I needed more rest time between sets. Told them to leave the trap bar loaded when they were done. Did the cardio workout with them. Went back and did my last work set at 235 before I left the gym.2

I’m still here! Just been extremely busy...I hit 29 lbs lost this week. I’m over half way to goal!1

Hi Steve! I am also in the same boat and need to get re-motivated! It's getting colder outside, so am going to have to hit the treadmill. Thanks for keeping this thread going, my intention is to keep more involved in this one! Hope you're doing well and had a good time in the woods!0 -

I have been getting some hiking and walking in along with the lifting. Headed to the river again tomorrow for a few days - unplugged. I'll check in when I get back.

Hi All,
Just checking in. Had a major NSV this weekend. It was my hubby’s 55 birthday and he wanted to goto the casino. What is at Casios you ask? All you can eat buffets. Well I ate peel and eat shrimp, greenbeans, tomatoes, potstickers, more shrimp, tilapia, and sugar free peach pie and I STAYED WITHIN MY CALORIE ALOTMENT! I also found out my all you can eat quantities are a lot less than they used to be!3
