    When you spot that stray shopping cart someone's taken out of the store parking lot and abandoned near their home. Why would anyone think that's okay?

    I always park on the outskirts of the parking lot because I’m tired of people dinging my doors and parking too close and my car has still been scraped by someone else. :s
