@atkhorses I am so sorry to hear about your health condition; that always makes things trickier! I am about to become an empty nester as youngest joins eldest at college in a couple of weeks. No anxiety there! LOL

@Faebert Intuitive eating still scares me. You are awesome for doing it so well, and while on vacation no less!

@juliemargaretkim I miss my school structure, too, but am not sure entirely what my days will be like this year until my bosses hand the Ed techs their schedules.

@ryenday Holy cow! Been rough for you lately! Amazing what chaos kitties can cause. Great job with your strength workouts. I let mine slip and am back to smaller weights again. :( Have a super vacation!

@425Recess So sorry about the IBS! I was diagnosed w ulcerative colitis as a young child, but I have been very lucky and it is more like IBS now. I hope you find a successful way to manage it. *hug*

@g_anson Hi, Gwen! I hope you heal quickly! Have you checked with your doc about strength training? I just jumped into it, and wound up making my pelvic floor issues worse. (Excessive walking also didn't help.) Just thought I would put that out there, as it appears to not be considered in choosing resistance plans.

@CoachJen71 so good to see you on here! Thank you for sharing the app. I’m struggling to find balance and def have had some obsessive behaviour (am also a teacher and struggling with lack of routine). Really appreciate your openness and honesty on here. X

Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: While my weight is up today I'm not stressing out as I know it's from the wedding and going on 3 hours sleep and food still being process as they say. My weight on Saturday was the same as last week and I know I did not eat that much Saturday as I was busy being the "wedding planner"

Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: I want to switch to a loose form of intermittent fasting since it seems to help insulin resistance (not diabetic, just have family history). For me this would mean eating 8-5. Curious if other maintainers find that helpful or hurtful to maintenance (I would eat maintenance calories, just forgoing nighttime snacks -replacing them midday).

Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: Success - I'm back down into the part of my weight range where I feel most comfortable, even considering that I ate out (and estimated calories) three days this past week. I don't eat out too often, so I'm glad that there hasn't been too much water weight from those days and that my calorie estimates have been reasonably good.
