    8/1: 2x30sec (Forearm), 1x30sec (Right), & 1x30sec (Left) = 2 minutes
    8/2: 1min (Forearm), 1x30sec (Right), & 1x30sec (Left) = 2 minutes
    8/3: None!
    8/4: 4x30sec (Forearm), 1x30sec (Right), & 1x30sec (Left) = 3 minutes
    8/5: REST DAY
    8/6: 4x30sec (Forearm), 1x30sec (Right), & 1x30sec (Left) = 3 minutes
    Total So Far= 10 minutes
