    Sunday happened... The plan, once again, walk to the park, run around the pond, walk around it, run around, go home. The reality: walk to the park, run around the pond, stop to talk to neighbor and play with puppies, walk, run about a quarter mile instead of the full distance around the pond, go home, clean up, go to brunch and the farmers' market, and walk a little more. I got pretty close.
    Heat is still a problem. We're on pace to set a new record for most days in September in the 90s - that is if we haven't beat it yet. The other day we were only a couple of days short and yesterday got to 95 and it's already 87 today. We're looking at at least one more day until we dip down into the 80 on Wednesday. And hopefully that'll be the end of it. I look forward to the end of sandal season and shaving daily. Ok, fine, that's a lie, I don't shave daily, but sometimes it feels like it.
