How my 10 13 -day stepping challenge is going:
Day 1 14601
Day 2 15567 (practically a new personal best)
Day 3 17245 (absolutely a new personal best!)
Day 4 20519 (even better personal best)
Day 5 20578 (I'll probably top out soon .....
Day 6 21831 (but apparently now quite yet ....
Day 7 22,658 (or today either .... but I'll probably top out tomorrow - won't have as much time available on Day9)
Day 8 20,027
Day 9 14613 (my after-work days are going to be busier this week, so the count will be closer to the 13k / 14k range)
Day 10 (just found out this runs till Aug 31 ... so I will be adding in some more days)

Not been doing so well on holiday...
01/08 kpu 10+10, sq 40+60, su 20+15, 30sPoH 15sPoE
02/08 kpu 15+10, sq 100, su 20+20, 30sPoH 15sPoE (and some serious doms from boxing class on Tue eve)
03/08 rest day
04/08 kpu 15+15, sq 125 , su30+20, 30sPoH 20sPoE
05/08 went to a boxing class which left me almost dead, so no other exercises for me today
06/08 I am so sore, I cannot move
07/08 kpu 10+5 , sq 30+30 , su 20+10 , 40sPoH 20sPoE - still sore in one thigh and all upper body, but did go for a quick run today. More boxing tonight
08/08 did a load of push ups during boxing class last night, and my arms are jelly this morning. I think it'll take a few weeks to build up strength so I can do my exercises at home after a class.
09/08 kpu 10+10 , sq 100 , su 50 , 30sPoH 40sPoE!
Seems like the order in which I do things makes a difference to my stamina
10/08 sleep won over exercise
11+12/08 had my niece for the weekend, no time to do this

22-27/08 no exercises, holiday and then visitors at home (in the living room, where I exercise)
28/08 no exercises, boxing class tonight, if I remember, I'll count the push ups and1 -
Hey, you got some movement happenin' in between travel days .... and taking time out to visit is very important! It's all part of "total quality of overall life balance".1

28/08 no exercises, boxing class tonight, if I remember, I'll count the push ups - only around 20kpu and 20su during class, but otherwise a good class, not as hard as the last time
29/08 none, rest this morning and yoga tonight
30/08 need a proper rest day so I can push again one last time for august0 -

New here but I'm trying to make my way to 100 straight push-ups by the end of the year.
Goals by the end of Aug:
60 push-ups
1 min planks (PoE & PoH)
40 squats
5 chin ups
I’m looking at this way late but love the goal and I think I may steal a page from your book for the start of September

Is there going to be a September pushup plank and squat challenge thread? I want to take another stab at the pushups and plank goals I neglected in August, and a check-in thread like this would sure help ....1
