So... this little stall is just across the river from where I work.
1. The cake is as good as it looks.
2. I was there this weekend to buy cake for a lactose-intolerant friend, and they had six different types of vegan cake on display, plus vegan brownies, flapjacks and biscuits, as well as two kinds of gluten-free cake, and a whole load of 'normal' cake options.
I love this city.
I guess the owl keeps the jays and pigeons from stealing all that deliciousness.2 -

My kitchen smells like warm date scones, it reminds me of when I was a kid we always had Sunday morning tea with my nana.. date scones were her specialty.
She'd have a big pot of tea and date scones ready covered in butter. I'm missing her today.. hence the date scones 🙂7 -
