Plant based for me but.. cheese fondue snd French onion soup
I am about to experiment with an onion soup with no beef, but add lots of garlic. Sure looks like melted cheese there, which I'm pretty sure comes from an animal. I might add cheese to mine. But mostly just onion and garlic. Mmmmmm.......
You can buy vegan cheese, which I'm sure you know. My dd, who's mostly vegan left some here on one of her stays. Vegan american cheese and I couldn't tell the difference between vegan and dairy based american cheese. It was tasty. I'm starting to dislike hearing vegan and fake terms interchanged. Fake gives a sense of yuck and most of the vegan products I've tried are just as good. JMO3 -

Perhaps against better judgement, I did it. Atalanta swiss and Beeler's applewood smoked on homemade rosemary sourdough. Cooked with butter AND olive oil. All for a mere 750 non-existent calories. Pinot Noir brought it up to a nice round thousand.2

also a weird craving for a lemon cream donut
Ugh, that donut looks heavenly! Anyway, I hear there's a loaded fries burrito at Taco Bell and I want it! Either that or just an order of the Nacho Fries. With that donut to finish it off lol.2 -

If you’re too full after Taco Bell, I’ll take care of that donut for you!
I eat a donut maybe once a year. Today may be my day!

Brisket and sausages for sure would bump it up. Ribs, too. And skin-on half chicken? Yeah. At least four thousand. But it looks like there's three or four servings there, so.... I'll be right over. What should I bring? Slaw? Cornbread? Yeah. Cornbread.1 -
Maybe a 2.5 pound dungie?
I could make it have more calories if I ate it with melted butter, but dungeness needs nothing added.2 -
